Jacob’s Story
Jacob Rodriguez and his wife, Emma Rodriguez, are high school sweethearts who were married on July 1, 2023. Jacob is a linebacker for Texas Tech football, while Emma is a U.S. Army helicopter pilot. Despite a long-distance marriage due to their demanding careers, they are a strong, supportive couple who use Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) funds to travel and see each other.
